Delivery & ReturnsDelivery Delivery will be mainly via Royal mail. However i reserve the right to send via an alternative comany. I also reserve the right to send multiple items together in one package. Please expect delivery within 2-5 working days of receiving cleared payment. Most items arrive within this time but may take longer. If you have not received your shoes within 5 working days of cleared payment please contact me. If your item does not arrive within 15 working days i will either send a duplicate order or provide a full refund. Any items which are signed for will not be eligible for a refund for non-arrival.Thank you. Please note that once posted I have no control over royal mail delivery. FOR INTERNATIONAL AND OVERSEAS ORDERS PLEASE EMAIL FOR POSTAL QUOTE.THANK U Returns You have a 7 day period in which you can change your mind about this order. Please inform me as soon as possible if this is the case.Thank you Please return items within 7 days. On faulty items or items sent in error I will refund Royal Mail second class postage cost only. Please retain proof of posting until item is acknowledged by Crocodile Cavern as being safely received. If returning items please provide details of name/address/order number and reason for return. Failure to do this will cause delays.
